Digital Media Transfer

We are able to transfer the following formats and devices:
  • USB drives
  • Data CD/DVDs (file storage only)
  • Smartphones
  • Digital Memory Cards: SD Memory Cards, SDHC, miniSD, miniSDHC, microSD, microSDHC, MultiMediaCard, MMCplus, MMCmobile, RS-MMC, RS-MMC DV, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo, xD-Picture Card, xD Type M/M+, xD Type H, CompactFlash

Supported file types:
  • Video files: MPEG, MPG, MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, 3G2, 3GP, AVCHD, DV, M4V, MOD, MPE, M2TS, MTS, TS, VOB, VRO
  • Image files: BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, JPE, JIF, JIFF, JFI, TIF, TIFF (up to 36 megapixel images)

Up to 90 minutes of video or 771 picture files will fit on either a DVD or Blu-ray. If your device contains more files, we will create additional discs to include all your files. There is no size or footage limit on USB copies. In most cases, your content will be transferred to a single USB, but if your order exceeds our USB storage capacity, you will receive additional USBs at no additional charge.

Your Digital Media Transfer includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud online access where you have the ability to download or save to Google Photos (available for 60 days after your order is processed). You also have the option to add a DVD, Blu-ray, or USB.

DVD copies will contain the following:
  • DVD resolution slideshow movie of your digital images/videos (each image will be displayed for 7 seconds)
  • DVD chapters created at natural scene breaks
  • DVD case with thumbnail images of each chapter
  • Title, theme, and background music (if selected)
  • 3 music video trailers (1 minute each)
Blu-ray copies will contain the following:
  • Blu-ray resolution slideshow movie of your digital images/videos (each image will be displayed for 7 seconds)
  • Blu-ray chapters created at natural scene breaks
  • Blu-ray case with thumbnail images of chapters
  • Title and background music (if selected)
  • 3 music video trailers (1 minute each)
USB copies will contain the following:
  • MP4 video file of each digital video (maximum resolution of 1920x1080)
  • JPEG image file of each digital image*

*Images >36 megapixels are not transferred.
