Your Video Transfer includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud online access where you have the ability to download or save to Google Photos (available for 60 days after your order is processed). You also have the option to add a DVD or USB copy.
PAL tapes (the most common format in Europe and Asia) in VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, and 8 mm videotapes can be transferred to DVD. There is no additional charge to transfer videotapes in a PAL format.
We are able to replace broken videotape cases, repair basic ribbon damage, and clean slight mold on a videotape with all transfers. If your videotape has extensive ribbon damage and excessive mold, we will send it back unprocessed.
Your original videotapes and cases will be returned with your completed order.
