If your videotape is damaged, it must be repaired in order to process the tape. We can repair your tape with an additional $19.96 service charge. If repair involves removing any portion of your footage, we will contact you for approval prior to repair.
The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.
Your videotapes, movie film reels, photos, slides, and negatives deteriorate over time as does the equipment for playing analog media. Walmart Photo’s Home Movie and Photo Transfer Service converts aging media formats to digital files that you can store and back up on Google Photos and your hard drive. DVDs are organized into menus and chapters that make it easy to find your favorite moments.

- Security Tags – As soon as your package arrives at our production facility, every item is tagged with a unique code so it can be easily tracked at any time.
- Video Surveillance – Our facility is equipped with comprehensive video surveillance to ensure the security of your media. Every step of the transfer process is monitored and recorded for added protection.
- Digital Backup – Your memories are securely backed up and saved for 60 days.
- Online Order Tracking – You can check the status of your order using the Order Tracking Tool

- Configure your transfer and add to cart.
- Add additional media to your order and proceed to checkout.
- Complete your Shipping and Billing information and click "Place My Order".
- Check your email to print your Order Documents.
- Pack your order according to our Shipping Instructions.
- Visit your local courier drop-off location to drop off your shipment.
When you place your order, you will pay the Estimated Total at checkout. If the order we receive is different than the details you provided, you will be invoiced or refunded the difference.
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
You will receive your completed order in about 3 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Download, USB, or DVD you ordered.
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
